I call this basically, the big gun!

It is seemingly overkill, but it does the job

Download Ad-aware and Spybot Search and Destroy

With these two progs, you are well on the way to cleaning up your system.

Watch the programs that you download and in Internet Explorer, when a pop-up window comes up saying to install something. If it is not Microsoft, Macromedia, or any top of the line company, say no!

what r u telling if u download some game demos like age of mythology they r not anyones
they DON'T contain any spyware
